Healthy Body and Healthy Mind - Exercise for Mental Health
This program is for people who want to learn about healthy nutrition, exercise, weight management and the positive impact this has on one's mental health and wellness.
This group program promotes healthy living and aims to help patients integrate aspects of both psychological and physical recovery. It focuses on topics such as nutrition, diet, exercise, balanced lifestyle, motivation, goal setting and mindfulness.

One full day a week over five weeks
Refreshments and lunch are provided
How to access the program
Ask your GP to refer you to Eden Private Hospital for a specialist assessment to ensure your needs will be met by the Healthy Body and Healthy Mind program.
The program is available through your private health fund, DVA, WorkCover, NDIS, Home Care Packages or can be self funded.
