This program is for individuals who have experienced ongoing trauma or psychological injury from an event or setting (such as workplace bullying or harassment, MVA, victim of crime) which has led to depression, anxiety or PTSD.
The Psychological Injury program is designed to provide a safe treatment setting for participants. Sessions implement skills and techniques to help manage the effects of living with a psychological injury, understand its impacts on one's self and others, as well as encouraging return to work.
- Sessions are 3 hours in duration
- Two days a week over four weeks
- Refreshments are provided
How to access the program
Ask your GP to refer you to Eden Private Hospital for a specialist assessment to ensure your needs will be met by the Psychological Injury Program.
The program is available through your private health fund, DVA, WorkCover, NDIS, Home Care Packages or can be self-funded.
