Our allied health services are available through our multidisciplinary day programs or as individual sessions, depending on your needs. We also offer the following NDIS reports to get the right funding and care allocated for your goals:
- Pre-program assessment
- Progress reports
- Full access to our day programs and allied health professionals as an outpatient

How to access NDIS mental health programs
- Contact us on 07 5472 6472 to discuss your required services. We will arrange the relevant referrals if needed.
- We will also send a service agreement to your plan manager or support coordinator if required.
- We will then schedule your initial appointment and any required subsequent sessions.
- Start attending!
