Matthew commenced with Aurora Healthcare at Eden Private Hospital in 2020. Matthew has a background in nursing with a master's degree and has held senior management positions within NSW Health, in addition to working previously as a mental health lecturer.
As the DCS Matthew is responsible for doctor engagement, managing day-to-day operations and overseeing clinical governance. Matthew is passionate about leading strategic initiatives which drive service growth and enable quality patient care.

Susie joined Aurora in 2020, with 15 years' commercial experience working across corporate management and financial services. Susie is responsible for business development, strategic partnerships and community engagement across Belmont Private Hospital, Currumbin Clinic and Eden Private Hospital.
