Dr Lyon is a general practitioner at Eden Private Hospital and is an experienced GP having worked previously at Toowoomba Hospital providing specialist general practice care within the complex management team.

In addition to her role at Eden Private Hospital Dr Lyon is an academic with the University of Queensland, Rural Clinical School and provides leadership to the Southern Queensland Regional Training Hub (RTH) to develop medical specialist and rural generalist training capacity.

Dr Lyon holds a fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has general and specialist registration with AHPRA.

At Eden Private Hospital Dr Lyon practices general medicine, rehabilitation medicine, general practice for mental health and palliative care.
